Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to ship. Orders of 3 or more items may take additional time. We use either UPS or USPS for shipping based on availability, cost and shipping times. Once your package is assigned a shipping label, we will provide you with an email containing all of the tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Customized orders and bulk orders of 3 or more are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each product is custom made based on the order, any returns will be charged a $25 restocking fee per item.
